We are constantly adding new merchandise to our inventory so be sure to check back often.

How are returns handled, and what if the product I purchased is damaged or defective when I receive it? Any items that are damaged or defective when you receive them may be returned for a full refund. Please understand we will charge a 20% re-stock fee if you are returning the item for any other reason than for replacement. We have a 14 day return policy for all products. Back to top
Where is your business located? Our offices are located in New Jersey but we have warehouses all around the USA. All of our products are stored and shipped from our warehouses throughout the USA to better serve our customers with more items that we feature. Back to top
How is shipping calulated? Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Once you submit your order, the shopping cart will total the shipping amount for you. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx services depending on the size and weight of items. Back to top
What if I place an order and some of the items are out of stock, how is this handled? Once we process your order, if some of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock.

How long will it take to receive my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number which can be used on our website under Contact & Track so you will know when you can expect your package to arrive. All orders are processed within 24 hours and most ship out within 3 business days. Back to top
Do you charge sales tax? At this time, New Jersey state sales tax of 7% will be applied to the total amount of the order. Sales tax applies for NJ residents only. Back to top
